Teach the AI to draft replies your way

Open this in Talisk HQ

Reply Rules let the assistant pre-draft replies for specific kinds of email:

  1. Go to Settings › AI Settings and, under Reply Rules, click + New Rule.
  2. Name the rule and set its conditions (Subject contains, Sender contains, Body contains) so it matches the right emails. Turn on Auto-draft on arrival to have TALISK_HQ draft a reply as those emails land.
  3. Click ✦ Learn from my replies to teach the rule your voice from your past sent replies.

When an email matches, TALISK_HQ writes a draft reply in your voice, pulling in anything relevant from your Knowledge Library (business brief, FAQs). The draft waits for you: open it, edit if needed, and send. TALISK_HQ never sends a reply automatically; every draft is a suggestion you approve.

A rule with no conditions never matches; set one rule as the Default to catch everything else.

Good to know: Auto-draft always produces a suggestion for you to review: Talisk never sends a reply on its own, so a drafted reply waits in your drafts until you send it. For matching emails, a rule's learned style is layered on top of your global style: the global profile stays the baseline voice and the rule's playbook refines it, winning where the two conflict. Drafts also study your own past replies to similar emails so they sound like you, not like an AI.
